You can just add products to your wish list and send us an e-mail. Or give us a call on 0116 285 2417 to discuss your campaign ideas with us. We are here to help.
Your items will be printed at one of our industry approved factories either in the UK or Europe. We will dispatch directly to you to minimise carbon footprint.
Most items take 1-3 weeks but we have a wide range of express items if you have left it to the last minute. Talk to us first before placing your orders so we can advise accurately.
If you are not happy with the products we will ask for photographs first. We will then arrange collection free of charge and offer a refund or reprint to solve any issues once we have checked through.
We are able to calculate accurate lead times at the time of order and if there are any risks to your delivery date then we will let you know. But remember to plan your merchandise early and add on extra few days to be on the safe side. We can’t guarantee delivery dates once they have been collected by the courier but we can keep a close track of them and send you tracking details.
Yes we can – we don’t charge for many of our samples so it’s always worth getting a sample first.

Before we print your items we will send you a PDF proof to check and approve. In some instances, we can send you photos of a pre-production sample too.
Yes we can help and have managed to deliver items in 24 hours so get in touch.
We deliver all over the world and can split orders for multiple address delivery so please ask so we can calculate delivery options for you accurately.
